NARS Holiday 2011: snapshot

Hope everyone is having a great week. I don't know about you, but I'm so happy Friday is almost here and also thankful for Miami's first bit of cool weather today, following a week of non-stop rain and an afternoon and night under a scary tornado watch. But enough about the weather... let's move on to the fun stuff!

I just wanted to quickly share a couple of photos of some of the items from NARS Holiday collection. Judging by the appearance of Miss Liberty I am encouraged that it might be an improvement over summer's micro-sparkly New Order highlighting blush. I shall put it to the test and report back soon!

  2. Hi Jane, it's still too soon to tell if anything is a "must have" here, but I will try to test these soon and post swatches! I've heard the multiple is very nice on. :)

  4. Hi Leticia, NARS always has something tempting!

Hi Rei, Thank you! :) I hope so too, although I suspect they might be very similar. I almost passed on this palette but decided to get it at the last minute. Will try it out tomorrow and take more photos if there is enough sunlight! :)

Hi Lucy, Thanks for commenting. I will try to do some comparisons over the weekend as I know it's always hard to tell by photos what the colors truly look like! :)

  9. Hi BlushingNoir - Thanks for commenting. It looks like a really pretty sparkly dark brown in the pan a little darker in person than in these photos - can't wait to try it out! :)

  13. Hi Lexi, I will try to do a post on this one soon, if I decide to keep it! I have a lot of black-based Nars shadows so am thinking I should save money & return it but I may just end up keeping it!
